Ingredients

  • Romaine lettuce1 piece
  • Chicken breast300 g
  • White bread2 slices
  • Parmesan50 g
  • Yoghurt100 g
  • Lemon0.5 piece
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Vegetable oil1 tbsp

Preparation

    Fry the chicken in the oil for 6 min until golden and cut it into strips. (10 min)

    Toast the bread cubes in the pan for 3 min until crunchy.

    Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice, garlic and parmesan into a dressing.

    Toss the romaine lettuce with the dressing and arrange the chicken, croutons and parmesan on top.
