Ingredients

  • Flour250 g
  • Butter175 g
  • Sugar75 g

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Quickly knead the flour, butter and sugar into a smooth dough. (10 min)

    Roll it out 1 cm thick and cut rectangles. Prick them several times with a fork.

    Place them on a baking tray.

    Bake the shortbread until pale golden, about 20 min, and let it cool.
