Ingredients

  • Tofu400 g
  • Broccoli1 piece
  • Bell pepper1 piece
  • Coconut milk1 can
  • Red curry paste2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce1 tbsp
  • Rice300 g
  • Vegetable oil2 tbsp

Preparation

    Cook the rice according to the packet (about 15 min). Dice the tofu and fry it in the oil until crisp, about 6 min. Remove it.

    Fry the curry paste for 1 min, add the broccoli and bell pepper and fry them for 3 min.

    Pour in the coconut milk and let everything simmer for 8 min.

    Fold in the tofu, season with soy sauce and serve with rice.
