Ingredients

  • Tomato2 can
  • Onion1 piece
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Vegetable stock500 ml
  • Cream100 ml
  • Basil0.5 bunch
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Sugar1 pinch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

    Sweat the onion and garlic in the olive oil until translucent, about 3 min. (5 min)

    Add the tomatoes and the vegetable stock and let the soup simmer for 15 min.

    Blend the soup until smooth and stir in the cream. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.

    Sprinkle with basil and serve.
