Ingredients

  • White bread8 slices
  • Tomato4 piece
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Basil0.5 bunch
  • Olive oil3 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation

    Finely dice the tomatoes and mix them with olive oil, basil and salt. Let them steep for 5 min.

    Toast the bread slices in the toaster or in a pan until golden brown, about 3 min.
