Ingredients

  • Green asparagus500 g
  • Garlic2 clove
  • Parmesan50 g
  • Lemon0.5 piece
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Cut off the woody ends of the asparagus. (8 min)

    Lay the asparagus on a tray, drizzle it with olive oil and scatter the garlic over the top. Season with salt.

    Roast the asparagus about 12 min, until tender but still with bite.

    Scatter Parmesan and lemon zest over it and serve immediately.
