- Passata200 ml
- Mozzarella250 g
- Basil0.5 bunch
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Salt
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 250 °C. (10 min)

Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with passata. Season with salt and a little olive oil.

Scatter the torn mozzarella over the top.
