  • Pizza dough1 piece
  • Passata200 ml
  • Mozzarella250 g
  • Basil0.5 bunch
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Salt

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 250 °C. (10 min)

    Roll out the pizza dough and spread it with passata. Season with salt and a little olive oil.

    Scatter the torn mozzarella over the top.

    Bake the pizza on the lowest rack until crispy, about 12 min.

    Top it with basil fresh out of the oven.
