  • Avocado3 piece
  • Tomato1 piece
  • Onion0.5 piece
  • Coriander0.5 bunch
  • Lime1 piece
  • Chilli0.5 piece
  • Salt

Preparation

    Halve the avocados, scoop out the flesh and mash it roughly with a fork. (3 min)

    Finely dice the tomato and onion and chop the coriander.

    Mix everything with lime juice and salt and season to taste with a little chilli.

    Serve immediately so the guacamole stays green.
