- Onion1 piece
- Carrot2 piece
- Celery1 piece
- Courgette1 piece
- Potato2 piece
- Garlic1 clove
- Tomato1 can
- White beans1 can
- Soup pasta100 g
- Vegetable stock1 l
- Parmesan40 g
- Olive oil2 tbsp
Preparation

Dice the onion, carrot, celery, courgette and potato. (12 min)

Sweat the onion and garlic in the olive oil for 3 min, add the rest of the vegetables and fry them along with it for 3 min.

Pour in the tomatoes and the vegetable stock and let the soup simmer for 15 min.

Add the beans and the pasta and cook everything for another 10 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
