  • Macaroni400 g
  • Cheddar200 g
  • Milk500 ml
  • Butter40 g
  • Flour40 g
  • Nutmeg1 pinch
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

    Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the macaroni al dente according to the packet.

    Melt the butter, stir in the flour and gradually pour in the milk. Stir the sauce for 3 min until creamy.

    Stir in the cheddar until it melts. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Mix the macaroni into the sauce and serve immediately.
