  • Milk750 ml
  • Semolina100 g
  • Sugar2 tbsp
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Cinnamon1 tsp
  • Salt

Preparation

    Slowly stir in the semolina and let it swell over low heat for 3 min, stirring constantly.
