Ingredients

  • Flour250 g
  • Milk500 ml
  • Eggs3 piece
  • Butter2 tbsp
  • Salt1 pinch

Preparation

    Whisk the flour, milk, eggs and a pinch of salt into a smooth batter. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat a little butter in a non-stick pan.

    Pour in a thin layer of batter, swirl to coat and cook over medium heat until golden, then flip and finish cooking.

    Repeat and stack the pancakes while warm. Fill as you like.
